We were approached by Forman for a complete re-structure of their marketing. Their existing image wasn’t truly representing their business and therefore the main requirements were to create a strong brand impact. We were tasked with enhancing their existing branding and carrying this through into a simple web design which worked for both candidates and clients.
We started with reviewing Forman’s existing material and settled on their existing colour pallet for branding, of which we then built upon. We agree that it was very important to identify equally with the types of candidates they wanted to be receiving, in order to provide their clients with the best person for their job role, so it made sense to put real emphasis on the six key areas of recruitment that they specialise in.
Design & UX
The website needed to be easy to use with access for both clients and candidates, therefore we focussed on a clean layout with quick links promoting the core sectors within IT Recruitment, accessible from the home page. We ensure there was easy access to the available jobs board to provide candidates with up-to-date jobs which we fed through a plug-in.
With the branding identified, the look of the site quickly took shape and the end result was a clean, sharp website with a CMS allowing Forman to manage their job boards and content throughout the pages.
Forman already had a pre-existing logo, but it wasn’t 100% there. We worked with Forman to refine their branding down to a style that sat with their image and ethos. To influence the use to look further and engage their intrigue, the decision was made to follow a “Hunting” theme throughout the site’s content, which has turned out to be very powerful and engaging – Tiffany, nice work on this!
